Serve Central

The goal at Serve Central is to connect people to serve opportunities inside and outside the four walls of the church.  We do this by helping people become aware of spiritual gifts, passions, talents and experiences and how to practically utilize those to serve God within our community. Our passion is to get individuals connected with the best fit of serve opportunities rather than just volunteer "positions".

If you need help identifying your gift set and where you could best serve, we offer a monthly Spiritual Gifts Assessment to get you jump-started or join us for the S.H.A.P.E. Class offered during Life Treks. This is a more in-depth class offered to help people dig deeper into their unique gift set and how God can use it in service.  If you would like to sign up for one of these classes or if you have questions, our team is available in the lobby weekly.  For more information, contact Kathy Salyer: for the Olympia Campus.

First Impressions Team

The role of our First Impressions Team is to provide a warm, helpful and welcoming experience to everyone that attends our gatherings. It is a way to express to people that they matter to us and to Jesus. At ECC, our First Impressions Team prayerfully and purposefully creates an environment that helps people feel at home and comfortable. Research reveals that people visiting our church will make up their minds within the first seven minutes on campus if this is the kind of church they would like to attend. Kids and Youth

We believe a strong family program is essential to the growth of our families, kids, and youth.

It takes a village, and here at ECC we believe that by coming together we can be that village. Our Family Ministry is dedicated to walking with our kids and youth and walking alongside of them on their journey of faith.

We would love to have you serve on our team as we create more and better followers of Jesus.

We truly believe that to positively change and impact a community, you start with the children. Evergreen Kids ministry exists to help kids find their way to Jesus, figure out what it means to live for Him, and then “GO” out to impact their community, and even the world. We have amazing opportunities for anyone willing to partner with us in volunteering to help teach, equip, resource, and love on ALL children and families that come through our doors. Whether you’re a student, parent, grandparent, aunt, uncle, or friend, we believe YOU can play a major role in helping change and enrich the lives of so many children. We welcome the opportunity to equip you to partner with us.
