30 Days of Prayer

Day 1 — The Promise of Power
Scripture: Acts 1:8
“But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you. And you will be my witnesses, telling people about me everywhere—in Jerusalem, throughout Judea, in Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”
Main Thought: Jesus promised His followers that they would receive power through the Holy Spirit. God never calls us to serve Him in our own strength. The same Spirit that empowered the early church empowers believers today.
Prayer Focus: Boldness and sensitivity to the Holy Spirit.
Prayer: Lord, fill me with the power of Your Holy Spirit. Help me walk boldly in faith and be a witness for You wherever I go. Teach me to rely on Your strength instead of my own. Amen.
Day 2 — Pentecost Power
Scripture: Acts 2:1–4
“On the day of Pentecost all the believers were meeting together in one place. 2 Suddenly, there was a sound from heaven like the roaring of a mighty windstorm, and it filled the house where they were sitting. 3 Then, what looked like flames or tongues of fire appeared and settled on each of them. 4 And everyone present was filled with the Holy Spirit and began speaking in other languages, as the Holy Spirit gave them this ability.
Main Thought: The Holy Spirit came suddenly and transformed ordinary people into courageous witnesses. God still desires to move powerfully in surrendered hearts.
Prayer Focus: Spiritual renewal.
Prayer: Holy Spirit, renew my heart today. Fill me with fresh passion for Jesus and awaken my faith. Help me live with courage, joy, and spiritual power. Amen.
Day 3 — A Bold Witness

Then you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. 39 This promise is to you, to your children, and to those far away—all who have been called by the Lord our God.'"
Main Thought: Peter boldly preached repentance and salvation through Jesus. The gospel is still the answer for every generation.

Prayer: God, increase my faith to trust You in impossible situations. Help me believe that You are still working miracles and bringing hope to hurting people. Amen.
Day 5 — Praying for Boldness
Scripture: Acts 4:29–31
“And now, O Lord, hear their threats, and give us, your servants, great boldness in preaching your word. 30 Stretch out your hand with healing power; may miraculous signs and wonders be done through the name of your holy servant Jesus.”
31 After this prayer, the meeting place shook, and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit. Then they preached the word of God with boldness.”
Main Thought: Instead of praying for comfort, the believers prayed for boldness. God answered by filling them again with His Spirit.

You lied to the Holy Spirit, and you kept some of the money for yourself. 4 The property was yours to sell or not sell, as you wished. And after selling it, the money was also yours to give away. How could you do a thing like this? You weren’t lying to us but to God!'”

He also told them that Saul had preached boldly in the name of Jesus in Damascus.”

Prayer Focus: Courage and calling.
Prayer: Lord, remind me that You are always with me. Give me courage to walk faithfully in the calling You have placed on my life. Amen.
Day 21 — Repentance Brings Renewal
Scripture: Acts 19:18–20
“Many who became believers confessed their sinful practices. 19 A number of them who had been practicing sorcery brought their incantation books and burned them at a public bonfire. The value of the books was several million dollars. 20 So the message about the Lord spread widely and had a powerful effect.”

Then they will receive forgiveness for their sins and be given a place among God’s people, who are set apart by faith in me.’
Main Thought: Your Testimony Has Power. Paul shared his personal story before King Agrippa — who he was before meeting Christ and how Jesus changed him. God can use your story to reach people no matter their status, background, or beliefs. The gospel is not merely information; it is transformation. Jesus still opens blinded eyes, breaks bondage, and brings hope.

What’s more, God in his goodness has granted safety to everyone sailing with you.’ 25 So take courage! For I believe God. It will be just as he said. 26 But we will be shipwrecked on an island.”
